Meetings & Information
The MD/DC Society for Respiratory Care board
of directors meets quartely each year. An annual business
meeting and oficer installation is held in January of
each year following officer elections. The Board has
13 elected members and a quorum is met when at least
7 members act on an issue.

The official minutes of the MD/DC Board of Directors
meetings are available upon request of a member. Please
contact the president to view the offical minutes of
the society.
Current Membership
The MD/DC Society receives monthly updates of
its membership from the AARC. The membership file available
online only contains the names of current AARC members
who are affiliated with the MD/DC Society. No personal
information
(address, phone number etc is not available). To view
the current MDDC Society membership list click the Excel
file link below.
Please assist us in reaching members by contacting those
on the list to renew their membership with the AARC.
